Surrounded by nature, this property is ideal for swimming, boating, fishing, wildlife viewing and relaxing both inside and outside.
Conveniently located, Lake Anna Treehouse is a 12-minute drive to Lake Anna State Park, while Tim's Restaurant is only 5 minutes by boat. Also nearby are Lake Anna's numerous wineries and breweries, and it is the ideal location to explore the countless historic sites in the area to include Fredericksburg, Charlottesville, Monticello (home of Thomas Jefferson), Montpelier (home of James Madison), and several famous Civil War battlefields--all within an hour drive or less.

- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal or disruptive activity.
- Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM
- Free Parking for MAXIMUM 6 Vehicles (No Parking or Driving on Grass)
- ABSOLUTELY NO Parties, Events, Outside Guests, or Indoor Smoking or Vaping
- No Pets without prior approval
In compliance with local laws, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
